Beautiful Tragedy

Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Beautiful Tragedy' is the debut studio effort that launched the Los Angeles metalcore band into the mainstream heavy music conversation. The recording balances aggressive, thrash-influenced riffing with highly melodic, melancholic choruses. Frontwoman Maria Brink's dynamic shifts between harsh screams and bittersweet clean singing became the defining characteristic of the group's early sound.
