Album Notes & Community Reviews

The veteran extreme metal institution delivers their thirteenth full-length, reaffirming their status as pioneers of the cavernous, murky New York death metal sound. 'Unholy Deification' is a conceptual exploration of mortal ascension to godhood through ritualistic and occult means. The record balances aggressive, infernal blast beats with crushing death-doom passages, resulting in an impeccably dark and heavy atmosphere.
