Album Notes & Community Reviews

The French new wave giants expanded their exotic, synthesizer-heavy sound on their highly successful sophomore album. 'Le p茅ril jaune' incorporates Asian-inspired melodies and tribal drumming, particularly on hits like 'Kao Bang' and 'Miss Paramount', wrapped in glossy Parisian pop aesthetics. The release firmly established the band as commercial juggernauts in the Francophone pop landscape.
