Produced by Haruomi Hosono for his Yen Records sub-label, this enchanting debut from Makoto Inoue and Yasushi Yamashita is a masterpiece of Japanese environmental ambient (kankyō ongaku). The duo utilized analog synthesizers and subtle field recordings to craft an imaginary, aquatic theme park, creating a whimsical, deeply soothing atmosphere. Long out of print, it has since become highly sought-after by collectors of Japanese minimalist electronics.
