Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Finnish melodic death metal veterans welcome Jani Liimatainen (formerly of Sonata Arctica) as a third guitarist, significantly expanding their sweeping, dual-lead harmonies. The record is steeped in classic Finnish melancholy, utilizing epic acoustic passages and crushing metallic riffs to explore deep-seated grief and natural landscapes. It topped the Finnish album charts upon release.
