Album Notes & Community Reviews

On their third studio album, the San Francisco psych-rock veterans continued to blend classical instrumentation with eclectic, folk-oriented song structures[cite: 1]. David LaFlamme's soaring violin work remains the focal point, weaving through a distinctly playful, laid-back atmosphere that reflects the waning days of the flower-power era[cite: 1]. Though lacking a massive hit like 'White Bird', the record maintains the group's signature sophisticated charm[cite: 1].
