Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally commissioned as a concert piece for the 200th anniversary of the Norwegian constitution, this monumental collaboration unites Enslaved's Ivar Bjørnson and Wardruna's Einar Selvik. The record bridges sweeping, progressive metal instrumentation with ancient Norse poetry and traditional acoustic instruments like the tagelharpa. It stands as a majestic, deeply historical exploration of Norway's transition from paganism to Christianity.
