Album Notes & Community Reviews
Released on Virgin Records, 'Dandruff' is a delightful, deeply eccentric collection of minimalist songs and spoken word pieces by Scottish humorist Ivor Cutler. Accompanying himself primarily on a harmonium, Cutler delivers his surreal, gently macabre poetry in a distinctive, deadpan baritone. The album secured his cult status and heavily influenced a generation of British alternative and indie musicians.
