Album Notes & Community Reviews

Prior to his massive commercial success with heavily melodic R&B crossover hits, Ja Rule debuted with a surprisingly dark, fiercely aggressive gangsta rap album[cite: 1]. 'Venni Vetti Vecci' firmly establishes his signature gravelly vocal delivery over heavy boom bap and hardcore hip hop production, focusing intensely on violent urban narratives and crime[cite: 1].
