Album Notes & Community Reviews

Former Cream bassist Jack Bruce assembled a formidable backing band鈥攊ncluding Clem Clempson and Billy Cobham鈥攆or this polished, rhythmically dense solo effort. 'I've Always Wanted to Do This' seamlessly bridges the gap between intense jazz-rock fusion, complex art rock, and accessible AOR pop sensibilities. Despite the high-caliber musicianship, the album received minimal commercial attention upon its release.
