Album Notes & Community Reviews
Releasing his third studio album with virtually no prior promotion, the Kentucky rapper sharply pivots away from chart-oriented pop-rap towards stripped-down, sample-heavy production. 'Jackman.' leans heavily into chipmunk soul and jazz rap aesthetics, providing a highly melodic, soothing backdrop. Harlow delivers surprisingly introspective, conscious lyricism regarding white privilege, fame, and personal growth with a distinctively deadpan flow.
