Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Running on Empty' is a unique conceptual live album recorded entirely on the road, utilizing locations such as hotel rooms, backstage areas, and tour buses rather than just traditional stage performances. It documents the exhaustion and reality of touring life, blending newly written material with spontaneous recordings. The project features an elite backing band of session musicians, solidifying the quintessential late-70s Southern California rock sound.
