Album Notes & Community Reviews

Often working under the moniker J. Jasmine, Jacqueline Humbert collaborated with composer David Rosenboom to create this eccentric, theatrical art pop project. The album utilizes early synthesizers and cabaret-style vocal deliveries to explore themes of romance and identity through a deeply quirky, satirical lens. It remains an important artifact of the downtown New York experimental and performance art scene.
