Album Notes & Community Reviews
Recorded rapidly with legendary producer Rick Rubin in Malibu, the young English songwriter's sophomore album expands the retro-leaning acoustic folk of his debut into driving, full-band rock territories. Integrating elements of 1960s garage rock and bluesy swagger, the release captures a noticeably raw, live-in-the-room energy.
