Album Notes & Community Reviews
The virtuosic jazz flutist records entirely solo within a natural amphitheater located in the American Southwest, blurring the lines between ambient meditation and free improvisation. 'Echo Canyon' masterfully utilizes the canyon's natural reverberation alongside organic field recordings of birds and wind. It stands as a profoundly spiritual and atmospheric intersection of environmental soundscapes and jazz technique.
