Album Notes & Community Reviews
Serving as the inaugural installment of John Zorn's ambitious second Masada composition cycle, the virtuoso keyboardist leads a traditional jazz piano trio through complex klezmer-infused melodies. The instrumental recording balances fluid acoustic improvisation with driving polyrhythms and deep, resonant avant-garde textures.
