Album Notes & Community Reviews

Jascha Heifetz and Gregor Piatigorsky play Brahms's Double Concerto with a studio orchestra under Alfred Wallenstein, in the Living Stereo recording long treated as a benchmark for the work. The original LP coupled the concerto with Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante, where the soloists were joined by violist William Primrose and conductor Izler Solomon.
