Album Notes & Community Reviews

Pioneering the use of digital synthesis in modern jazz, the French violin virtuoso heavily utilizes sequencers and electronic rhythm tracks on this highly inventive album. 'Individual Choice' effectively merges his soaring, virtuosic electric violin lines with precise, post-minimalist progressive electronic structures. The record features notable guest appearances by George Duke and Allan Holdsworth, bridging the gap between ambient jazz and high-energy fusion.
