Album Notes & Community Reviews

Embracing highly polished, synthesized production, the acclaimed jazz violinist delivered a notably smooth, melodic fusion recording. 'The Gift of Time' layers his virtuosic acoustic and electric violin solos over sequenced rhythms and warm, new age-adjacent electronic soundscapes. The album successfully updated his technical jazz-rock pedigree for the pristine, atmospheric aesthetic of the late eighties.
