Tableau n° 1

Album Notes & Community Reviews

After years of functioning as a highly sought-after session guitarist, Jean Pierre Alarcen steps forward to deliver the masterfully constructed 'Tableau n° 1'. The album is a testament to instrumental perfection, balancing fiery jazz-rock improvisation with the grand, sweeping compositional arcs of symphonic prog. It remains a critically revered, though criminally under-heard, jewel of French progressive music.
