Album Notes & Community Reviews

Supported by a full backing band for the first time, the New York anti-folk troubadour slightly polishes his erratic, lo-fi acoustic sound with robust garage rock dynamics. His incredibly dense, neurotic lyricism remains front and center, utilizing deadpan humor to deconstruct urban anxiety, cultural history, and deep-seated artistic self-doubt.
