Album Notes & Community Reviews

Anchored by his universally beloved, frequently covered title track, the debut full-length from the Texas troubadour introduced a deeply empathetic, conversational style of songwriting. The acoustic, loosely structured arrangements perfectly frame Walker's raspy delivery and highly observant narratives of drifters and outlaws.
