Album Notes & Community Reviews

Discovered and championed by Low's Alan Sparhawk, who also produced the album, the Ohio singer-songwriter's debut is a masterclass in drone-heavy slowcore. 'Even in Silence' constructs profoundly ethereal, lethargic soundscapes out of deeply distorted, reverberating guitars and hushed, barely decipherable vocal melodies.
