Album Notes & Community Reviews

Stripping away much of the dense synthesizer work that characterized their 1980s output, the veteran group pivoted towards a more straightforward, mandolin-flecked blues-rock approach. Ian Anderson's cynical, humorous lyricism remains sharp, guiding an album that feels like a conscious return to their roots.
