Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following his high-profile signing to J. Cole's Dreamville imprint, the young Atlanta rapper delivers a brilliant, highly versatile debut album. The record expertly showcases his elastic, incredibly complex flow across jazz-inflected boom-bap, rapid-fire trap, and surprisingly tender R&B ballads. It immediately established him as one of the most technically gifted voices in the new generation of Southern hip-hop.
