Album Notes & Community Reviews

Stepping out from his various band commitments, the Toronto-based artist recruits heavily from his local indie-rock community to deliver an uncommonly bright, highly orchestral solo effort. Lush strings, horns, and buoyant melodies elevate his typically lo-fi, acoustic songwriting into massive, celebratory indie-pop anthems. The record is widely beloved as a defining, critically acclaimed cornerstone of the Canadian independent music scene.
