Album Notes & Community Reviews
Revolutionizing the role of the Hammond B-3 organ in a small-group setting, this date emphasizes deep, blues-inflected grooves and unprecedented keyboard agility. The loose, conversational interplay with his sidemen firmly established the template for the classic organ trio sound.
