Album Notes & Community Reviews

The veteran singer-songwriter presents a highly polished, emotionally charged collection of adult contemporary pop rock and pop soul. Featuring pristine session work from notable contributors including Mark Knopfler, the arrangements provide a smooth, glossy backdrop for her distinctively rich, contralto vocal delivery. The album successfully updated her classic, introspective folk-rock sound for the late-eighties radio format.
