Album Notes & Community Reviews
Following the dissolution of Stealers Wheel, Joe Egan presents a masterfully crafted, highly melodic solo debut. 'Out of Nowhere' pairs his distinctively smooth, slightly melancholic vocal delivery with lush, acoustic-driven soft rock arrangements reminiscent of his former band's best work. The album remains a deeply underappreciated, beautifully produced gem of late-seventies British pop-rock.
