Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as the sole album released by the incredibly talented trumpeter before his tragic, premature death, 'Lookin' Good!' is a brilliant document of aggressive West Coast hard bop. The entirely original set of compositions highlights Joe Gordon's fiery, Dizzy Gillespie-influenced tone and remarkable improvisational fluency.
