Album Notes & Community Reviews
Hisaishi's first solo piano album strips his writing down to the keyboard, including 'The Wind Forest', composed for 'My Neighbor Totoro'. Its success launched the 'Piano Stories' series and established the minimalist piano voice that runs beneath his orchestral scores.
