Album Notes & Community Reviews

The formidable Los Angeles-based woodwind and brass duo delivered a masterclass in highly communicative, avant-garde acoustic improvisation. The intricately woven compositions balance the fiery intensity of free jazz with meditative, deeply lyrical passages, cementing their reputation as premier architects of the West Coast creative music scene.
