The incredibly influential California songwriter delivers a meticulously crafted collection of soft rock and country-tinged balladry. Surrounded by members of the Eagles and Linda Ronstadt, the pristine arrangements perfectly highlight his melancholic, deeply introspective lyrical narratives.
