Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Chicago-born saxophonist initiates a critical step toward jazz-rock synthesis by prominently utilizing the Echoplex delay system on his instrument. Co-produced by Marshall Chess, the recording blends spiritual modal explorations with heavy, electric groove-oriented rhythms.
