Album Notes & Community Reviews
Released just weeks before his tragic assassination, John Lennon's final studio album is a beautifully domestic, highly optimistic celebration of renewed love and family. 'Double Fantasy' alternates between Lennon's polished, deeply sentimental pop-rock and Yoko Ono's remarkably modern, new wave-inflected art pop, standing as a profoundly bittersweet testament to their relationship.
