Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded after a serious medical setback requiring an amputation, this album serves as a warmly eclectic, deeply atmospheric triumph for the veteran songwriter. Featuring prominent guest appearances from Paul Weller and Mavis Staples, the record surrounds his weathered vocals with lush, mellow chamber folk and subtle jazz-rock grooves.
