Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recovering from granuloma throat surgery, the acclaimed pop-blues guitarist embraced a significantly more subdued, rustic aesthetic on his sixth studio album. The record relies heavily on gentle acoustic fingerpicking and laid-back country-rock rhythms, perfectly reflecting the quiet, pastoral isolation of its namesake Montana valley recording location.
