Album Notes & Community Reviews

Taking a brief detour from his intricate Renaissance and medieval explorations, the Pentangle guitarist delivered a robust, blues-inflected set of traditional American folk and blues material. Showcasing his exceptional fingerstyle technique, the record features earthy, acoustic arrangements of standards and spirituals, heavily emphasizing his virtuosic command of the acoustic guitar.
