Album Notes & Community Reviews
The second volume kept the French-style charanga format of violins and Pacheco's flute that had made the debut a hit, with singers Rudy Calzado and Elliot Romero out front. It continued a five-volume Alegre run that placed Pacheco y su Charanga at the center of New York's charanga and pachanga boom.
