Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following his temporary departure from Yes, the iconic vocalist embraced a vibrant, highly dynamic solo sound heavily assisted by producer Tony Visconti. 'Animation' successfully bridges Anderson's signature cosmic, progressive ambitions with sharply focused, synthesizer-driven 1980s pop-rock structures. The record stands out as one of his most energetic and commercially accessible independent efforts.
