Jon Hassell's brilliant solo continuation of his 'Fourth World' aesthetic relies on deeply immersive tape loops, exotic percussion, and his highly processed, whispering trumpet. Inspired by the dream cultures of indigenous Malayan tribes, the album constructs an incredibly hypnotic, wonderfully surreal, and highly rhythmic electronic exploration of tribal ambient music.
