Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Deep Purple keyboardist recorded this primarily instrumental solo venture during his tenure with Whitesnake, enlisting a formidable cast of British rock royalty including Ian Paice and Cozy Powell. 'Before I Forget' leans heavily into lush symphonic progressive rock, showcasing his unparalleled mastery of the Hammond organ and classical synthesizer arrangements. It offers a majestic, highly melodic departure from the driving heavy metal of his primary bands.
