Album Notes & Community Reviews

New Brunswick singer-songwriter Jon McKiel delivers his most confident work to date with 'Gold Horatio', refining his distinctive blend of sample-based songcraft and ripping analog guitars. Co-produced with long-time collaborator Jay Crocker, the album strikes a bolder, mirage-like indie-synth aesthetic while maintaining his signature experimental folk edge. The creative shift stems from the duo collaborating in person at each other's home studios.
