Album Notes & Community Reviews

The highly prolific Finnish folk artist delivers a characteristically somber, stripped-down collection of acoustic songs. Translating to 'Come to Me, Darling', the album features remarkably stark instrumentation, allowing his gloomy, poetic lyricism regarding mortality and faith to take center stage. The record reinforces his standing as a uniquely tragic, idiosyncratic voice within the Finnish singer-songwriter tradition.
