Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut solo effort from the Jefferson Airplane and Hot Tuna guitarist offers a remarkably intimate, acoustic tribute to traditional fingerstyle blues. Featuring lush string arrangements and occasional vocal contributions from longtime collaborator Tom Hobson, the record showcases Kaukonen's profound technical mastery of the Piedmont blues style.
