Album Notes & Community Reviews
Bassist and composer Joshua Abrams (often with his Natural Information Society) presents 'Music For Pulse Meridian Foliation', a deeply hypnotic and meditative album. The music is built on the repetitive, trance-inducing rhythms of the guimbri, layered with minimalist contributions from a wider ensemble. It's a work of spiritual, avant-garde jazz that draws the listener into its mesmerizing, cyclical groove.
