Album Notes & Community Reviews

Long before they completely defined the leather-and-studs imagery of pure heavy metal, Judas Priest debuted with a surprisingly bluesy, remarkably progressive hard rock album. 'Rocka Rolla' is a fiercely energetic, wonderfully melodic record, exploring highly rhythmic, slightly psychedelic guitar riffs that hint at the heavily dark brilliance they would soon perfect.
