Album Notes & Community Reviews

Bolstered by Elton John's newly formed Rocket label, 'Welcome to the Cruise' introduces Judie Tzuke's lush, deeply romantic brand of sophisticated pop-rock. The album is famously anchored by 'Stay With Me Till Dawn', a sweeping, exquisitely orchestrated ballad that became a massive UK hit. The pristine production and Tzuke's crystalline vocal performances establish the record as a definitive classic of late-seventies soft rock.
