Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally composed to accompany various theatrical and dance performances, the Canadian cellist's fifth solo record expertly weaves acoustic loops with subtle electronic drone. The resulting post-minimalist chamber music feels both remarkably intimate and expansively atmospheric, utilizing silence and suspense to great effect.
