Album Notes & Community Reviews

Translating to 'I Love You, I Love You, I Love You Very Much,' this avant-pop triumph acts as a satirical yet terrifying deconstruction of romantic obsession and traditional idol culture. Jun Togawa employs her famously erratic vocal styling, alternating seamlessly between childlike whispers and piercing operatic wails over brightly manic synthesizer arrangements. The record cemented her legacy as one of the most vital and eccentric forces in Japanese new wave.
